If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you have seven calendar days, including the day the parcel is delivered, in which you can return the product with which you are not satidfied. Attached to the invoice in the parcel is a description of the process to follow. The process is also explained in the general sales terms and conditions.

Manufacturer’s warranty

All products sold on this site are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, the length of which varies according to the manufacturer.

In order to benefit from their warranty, please keep your BabyRanger receipt . In the event that you do wish to submit a claim on a product still under warranty, please contact BabyRanger in the first instance.
