Delivery and returns

Your parcel delivery (Home or worldwide)

The flate delivery charges for any country start at €5,90 *

Delivery to France is free of charge for orders over €79.

If your order is being sent to a country that is not listed, please send us a message using our contact form.

Parcels to France are normally delivered within 48 hours of receiving payment. The standard delivery method is via French postal tracked « Colissimo » service, which requires no signature on delivery. For other countries, the delivery time can take 5 to 10 working days after receiving payment.

Whatever delivery method you choose, we will email you a link where you can track the process of your requested parcel. You are also able to access the link by logging into your BabyRanger account.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
